We return to Magnolia RV Park in Goodrich TX for prescription refills and medical checkups. A little downtime is good, too.

We make our usual rounds of Joe’s Italian, El Patron, Shrimp Boat Manny’s, and J&M Meat Market for date nights, and we also went back to Pickett House at Heritage Park.

We made it the Texas Prison Museum in Huntsville.

Of course, the K9s get our attention, and we went fishing one day at Lake Livingston. This tiny frog showed up attention our door right before we left.

We also found the Naranjo Museum of Natural History on the way back from Lufkin – and we got some pictures of the murals downtown. The museum had quite a but about dinosaurs, but there was also an exhibit about the recovery of the space shuttle Columbia – the breakup occurred from Denton TX to Louisiana, coming right across Lufkin and Diboll.

We finally made it back to the History Center in Diboll, it had been closed because of COVID. As usual, there was a lot of history about the city that we were completely unaware of.

We celebrated another 4th of July at Goodrich Texas!
