I had some challenges making reservations in Sheridan and wound up with two at different places, so we chose Peter D’s because they were so nice on the phone. He and his wife were just as nice in person, and they offered us vegetables from their garden.
When we arrived, we drove through town and Sheridan College, and then we ate at the Rib and Chop.
The next day, we went to breakfast, and then walked around downtown. Sheridan has over 100 bronze statues as part of a public art initiative.
We drove over to the Quilter’s Fix, which was right on main street, and we stopped in at the Vistor’s center and the Game and Fish Center. For dinner we went to LeDoux’s, a steak house that was partially owned by the late country and western singer Chris LeDoux.
They had a large place to play for Izzy, Pepper, and Sugar.
On the way out, we went to the Museum at the Bighorns.
