We had a challenge finding a place in Memphis, and wound up at the Agricenter. It had seen better days but was still very cool, there was a barrel racing event going on.
There was a farmer’s market and craft fair, and we bought some corn, peas, and eggs. We also got some Christmas gifts.
The first meals was brunch at the One and Only, which we liked so much that we went back to the second night. We had ribeye at the butcher shop.
The Memphis Fire Museum was downtown, and it was very interactive – although ElizaBeth wouldn’t slide down the pole.
The folks at the Fire Museum told us to go downtown to the pyramid, which is a Bass Pro Shops. We ate at the restaurant at the top, and then we went to the Visitor Center to meet Elvis.
