Kansas City MO

Our first choice campground had maintenance issues, but Lawrence KOA turned out to be great.

Lawrence is home to the University of Kansas – Rock, chalk, Jayhawk! Of course we drove through the campus.

We ate at a little cafe downtown our first night, then in Kansas City River Mall, and had fried one night. We went for steak at the Chop House on our last night.

We stumbled across the Arabia Steamboat Museum – and it was so awe inspiring that I created a separate page for it.

The park was very nice.
