Bushmans’s Camp was a really nice park with a grass and an unusual layout for the concrete driveways.

We decided to treat ourselves to some fancy restaurants, at least for us anyway. Texas Music City (TMC) of Tyler was our first, and then Saltgrass Steakhouse. We liked TMC so much that we went back for Sunday brunch and our jeep was ducked by the 903 Jeep Club.

We had seen the oil derricks at Kilgore on Texas Bucket List, and drove out there to see for ourselves. After we got there, we found the East Texas Oil Museum on the Kilgore County Campus.

The Bushman Celebration center is next to the RV Park. Pepper found a friend. There is also a lake where you can fish.

We did drive to Tyler to check out the downtown, and on the way back drove into several neighborhoods where azaleas were on display.

We will be back to this park for sure.
